OFFICIAL RULES FBS Wegmans Hat Gift with Purchase
1. Sponsor
This gift with purchase promotion ("Promotion") is sponsored by Final Boss Sour ("Sponsor"), finalbosssour.com.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Final Boss Sour, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and persons living in the same household of such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on July 10, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time ("Promotion Period"). Entries submitted after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. Qualifying Purchase
To be eligible, participants must purchase any Final Boss Sour product at a participating Wegmans retail location during the Promotion Period. There is no minimum spend amount. Any single Final Boss Sour product purchased at Wegmans qualifies.
5. How to Claim Your Gift
After making a qualifying purchase, publish a photo or reel as a permanent feed post (not a Story or other temporary format) to your public Instagram account during the Promotion Period. The post must tag @finalbosssour and include the hashtag #FinalBossWegmans in the caption. Both the tag and the hashtag are required for the entry to be eligible.
Your Instagram account must be set to public for the duration of the Promotion Period and your qualifying post must remain live, unarchived, and publicly visible through July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Posts that are deleted, archived, or made private before that date will be disqualified.
6. Photo and Reel Guidelines
The photo or reel must show evidence of the qualifying purchase. Acceptable photos include but are not limited to: Final Boss Sour product(s) on a Wegmans shelf, the participant holding Final Boss Sour product(s) inside or outside a Wegmans store, or Final Boss Sour product(s) alongside a Wegmans receipt or shopping bag, sharing the experience of finding Final Boss Sour at Wegmans. The Wegmans location or branding ideally should be recognizable in the photo and if not, in the caption. The Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of purchase (such as a photo of the receipt) to verify eligibility.
7. Content Restrictions
Submitted photos or reels must not contain any of the following:
- Inappropriate, offensive, obscene, violent, or sexually explicit content
- Competitor brand products (other sour candy or dried fruit brands)
- Copyrighted material, logos, or intellectual property not owned by the participant (other than Final Boss Sour and Wegmans branding as relevant to the Promotion)
- Content that violates any applicable law or Instagram's Terms of Service
- Content depicting illegal activity or the consumption of alcohol or controlled substances
- Content featuring minors without the consent of a parent or legal guardian
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these content restrictions at its sole discretion.
8. Photo Usage Rights
By participating in the Promotion, entrants grant Final Boss Sour a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute their submitted photo and accompanying caption across any media, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, website content, advertising, and print materials. Credit will be given to the original poster's Instagram handle when reasonably practicable, but is not guaranteed. Participants who do not wish to grant these usage rights should not enter the Promotion.
9. Gift Details
All eligible participants who meet the qualifying purchase and entry requirements will receive one (1) exclusive Final Boss Sour hat (approximate retail value: $30). The hat design and color are at the Sponsor's sole discretion and may not be exchanged, returned, or substituted for cash or other merchandise. Hats are available while supplies last. The Sponsor reserves the right to end the Promotion early if hat supply is exhausted, with notice posted to @finalbosssour on Instagram.
10. Limit Per Customer
Limit one (1) hat per person, per household, and per shipping address, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made or posts submitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will not result in additional hats.
11. Gift Fulfillment
A representative of the Sponsor will contact qualifying participants via Instagram Direct Message either during the Promotion Period or within seven (7) days following its conclusion to collect mailing information. Participants must respond with a valid shipping address within the continental United States within seventy-two (72) hours of being contacted. Failure to respond within this window will result in forfeiture of the gift, and the Sponsor is under no obligation to make further attempts at contact. The Sponsor is not responsible for gifts lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. Please allow 4–6 weeks for delivery.
12. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, engages in fraudulent activity, or violates these Official Rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, Instagram platform outages, errors, or lost/delayed entries.
13. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, damages, or actions arising out of their participation in the Promotion, the receipt, use, or misuse of any gift, or the use of their submitted photo as described in Section 8.
14. Privacy
Information collected from participants (including shipping addresses) will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the Promotion and will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at finalbosssour.com. Mailing information will not be sold to third parties.
15. Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Sponsor is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Void where prohibited by law.
16. Instagram Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram.
