OFFICIAL RULES — #FinalBossWegmans Hat Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF RECEIVING A HAT.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Final Boss Sour ("Sponsor"), finalbosssour.com.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Final Boss Sour, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and persons living in the same household of such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on July 10, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time ("Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Participate

To participate, post a photo to your public Instagram account during the Giveaway Period tagging @finalbosssour and using the hashtag #FinalBossWegmans. Both the tag and the hashtag must be included for the entry to be eligible. Your Instagram account must be set to public for your entry to be eligible. Limit one (1) hat per person.

No purchase necessary.

5. Hat Fulfillment

All eligible participants who complete the entry requirements during the Giveaway Period will receive one (1) exclusive Final Boss Sour hat. A representative of the Sponsor will contact qualifying participants via Instagram Direct Message either during the Giveaway Period or within seven (7) days following its conclusion to collect mailing information. Participants must respond with a valid shipping address within the continental United States within seventy-two (72) hours of being contacted, or the hat will be forfeited. The Sponsor reserves the right to end the Giveaway early if hat supply is exhausted, with notice posted to @finalbosssour on Instagram.

6. Prize

One (1) exclusive Final Boss Sour hat per eligible participant. Approximate retail value: $30. Hats are non-transferable. No cash equivalent or substitution is permitted, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, errors, or lost/delayed entries.

8. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions arising out of their participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any hat.

9. Privacy

Information collected from participants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at finalbosssour.com.

10. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Sponsor is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Void where prohibited by law.

11. Instagram Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram.
