    Customer Service is incredible!!!

    I had ordered the level-up bundle with the sour apple slices and when it arrived, I noticed it was swapped out with the sour colada ones. My household unfortunately doesn't like Pina Colada too much nor Peach so we already saw that two bags may go to waste entirely. Alsp had a weird batch of strawberry/mango that didnt have a single slice of mango in them.. They, within minutes of myself emailing them about my issues, they were on top of things and did anything in their power to help my case and they did! They crushed it! Im not sure if I have ever had an online customer service experience better. Getting my new bags for replacement in the next couple days and I cannot wait. So far, the flavors we like, we find absolutely delicious.

    Only complaint i could have is the sour levels seem a little all over the place. The level 4s arent nearly as sour as the level 3 kiwis in my opinion, it was a clear difference. I tried a kiwi and was afraid of the level 4 sourness, but it wasnt nearly as sour I the level 3
