Onward VIP Protection covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We highly recommend purchasing Onward to ensure financial protection on your packages should something occur during transit.
Because of shipping costs. If we let you buy one box we'd either lose money or have to charge you a ton in shipping fees. Both options suck. Good news is that at 2 or more boxes the numbers work for both of us!
Because we use real dried fruits, our products will eventually go bad. Luckily because of our dehydration process, you don't have to worry about our fruits expiring for up to 24 months!
Expect to receive product by the end of every month that you are a subscription holder.
We ask our suppliers that everyday. Currently raw blueberries are more expensive. As the market changes and we get bigger we plan to pass any savings on to customers.
Internationally, not yet. However, we now ship to all 50 US states. We are working hard to expand to contort the faces of our fans all over the world! Stay tuned.
